An account keeps your bookmark in each work, your vocabulary cards and your settings. You create it with a code sent by e-mail, or with Google or Discord.
Each word you choose to learn becomes a card, one per lemma: every form of the same word leads to the same card.
After each card, you rate how well you remembered it with one of four buttons: Again, Hard, Good or Easy. The FSRS algorithm uses this to set the date of the next review, just before you would be likely to forget the word.
They are Latin texts in the public domain, taken in particular from The Latin Library, then split into chapters and analysed word by word. The Credits page presents the contributors we rely on.
Each word is analysed by Collatinus, which suggests the possible lemmas and forms. When several readings are possible, the choice is assisted by language models, then checked.
Errors remain possible, especially on rare or ambiguous forms.

The interface is available in French, English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German and Korean. The texts remain in Latin; word meanings are shown in the chosen language when a translation exists, in English for Korean.
Write to us at [email protected] from the address linked to your account, asking for it to be deleted.
Your account and the data attached to it (cards, review history, bookmarks, settings) are then erased.
